You will find below the different registration fees for the FA 2023 Congress:

Please, kindly note that all rates include the VAT 22%.

Accompanying fee is dedicated only to family members or accompanying persons who will not participate at the Congress. In fact, this fee can only be selected by a paying participant and this fee only gives right to the opening and closing ceremony, plus 3 museum visits. Please, kindly note that accompanying persons will not have a badge to access the rooms during the Congress. Check the accompanying program here

Persons registered to attend I3DA 2023 qualify for an additional discount of 10% on their fee. In this case, you will have to provide proof of registration to registration@fa2023.org

Registration Fees include for All Participants:

  • Admission to all oral sessions, poster sessions and companies’ exhibition
  • Conference Material
  • Lunch breaks during the conference
  • Coffee breaks during the conference
  • Opening Ceremony at Politecnico di Torino on Monday, 11th September 2023
  • Concert at Torino Conservatory on Tuesday, 12th September 2023 sold out
  • Jam Session on Wednesday, 13th September 2023
  • Closing Ceremony at Politecnico di Torino on Friday, 15th September 2023

Third Paper submission: € 100,00 VAT 22%incl.

Gala Dinner at MAUTO (Museo dell’Automobile of Torino) on Thursday 14th September 2023: € 80,00 per person.

Cancellation Fees

Written cancellation received within the 30th of April 2023: 50% reimbursement will be granted

Written cancellation received from the 1st of May 2023: No reimbursement

Payment Method

  1. Online Credit Card

– Payment by credit card is possible only through the online registration system.
– The following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, MasterCard
– All credit card service charges are to be paid by the registrants.

2.  Wire Transfer

– Direct bank transfers should be made to the account below within 2 DAYS from the registration date.
– All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrants.
– A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be sent to the Secretariat by e-mail (registration@fa2023.org)
– Please note that the transfer must be made under the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.
